Below are the most common issues you can encounter when working with the Local Express Marketing CRM, and how to fix them.

Q: I can’t run campaigns, SMS/emails are not received, or the Contact limit has been reached.
A: Contact your LE partner support.

Q: The 48 hours for account registration at ActiveCampaign has expired, but the LE Marketing CRM App doesn’t show the partner’s credentials for the Active Campaign.
A: Probably the registration process has been finished on the ActiveCampaign side already, but it is not reflected in the LE Marketing CRM app. Contact your LE partner support.
