Replacement Logic

When a customer places an order, they can “Pick replacements” for items that might be unavailable. To ensure correct order collection with replacements, follow these steps.


1.  Navigate to the “Orders” section on the left sidebar of the Partner Dashboard. Select the order you want to collect.                                                                                                                          

 

2.  If the customer selects “Best Match”, the store can choose a replacement item. During order collection, click on the “replacement” button, and confirm with the customer the suitability of the selected item. Once confirmed, select the item.                             

3.  If “Don’t Replace” is chosen, a “cross” button will be displayed. If the original item is out of stock, skip it and proceed with the rest of the order.                                                                    

4.  When “Picked Replacement” is selected by the customer, you are restricted to the replacement item specified by them. Click the “replacement” button to view and confirm the customer's chosen item. If the specified replacement is unavailable, the only option is to skip that item.
