Easily facilitate orders placed via phone enabling seamless order placement on behalf of customers. Follow these steps to process orders.
1. Select "Orders" from the main menu, locate the "Create Draft Order" option on the top right side, and select it to choose a store. This feature enables placing orders in our system for customers who request it via phone.
2. To create the order, click "Browse" and select the desired items.
3. Enter customer information: fill in the customer's full name, phone number, and email address. Optionally, add notes for internal use during collection.
4. In the payment section, select the "Delivery Option." Choose the delivery method, specify the delivery time and date, and decide how customers will be notified.
5. Apply a coupon if applicable.
6. For payment, there are two options: "Pay Now" or "Send Payment Link." Selecting "Send Payment Link" sends a payment link to the customer, allowing them to place and pay for the order. The "Pay Now" option lets you complete the order on the customer's behalf, provided they share their card information.

7. Until the order is paid, this is a Draft Order. Once it is paid, it will show up in the regular order list.
