Multiple orders
- Multiple orders allow you to take several orders at once, and deliver them to different locations. The difference between single and multiple orders is that for each single order, you need to return to the store to pick another order, while for multiple orders you pick them all at once. The rest of the process flow for all the order types is the same.
- After you arrive at the store, you need to notify the store staff that the driver has arrived so they can hand over the delivery to you. Tap the “AT THE STORE” button when you arrive at the store.
- When you arrive at the store, you can either take the order packs from the store staff and start delivering, or pick up the order packs manually from the pickup locations. You will see the pack name and its place in the storage location. In the example below you should pick up one Default bag from the storage location. If all the packs in the app match the packs you picked, tap the checkboxes next to each pack item and then tap the “PICKUP” button.
- After you receive the order packs from the store, head to your destination address, and tap the “I HAVE ARRIVED” button when you are there.
- Pushing the “I HAVE ARRIVED” button will send a notification to the customer so they can take your delivery. After you successfully deliver the order, tap the “DELIVERED” button.
