In the Partner Web, you can easily access and manage customer information. To find a specific store, use the “Search“ field or “Filter” -> ”Apply” button and enter any of the following details:

You can also customize the displayed columns according to your needs. List the columns according to their importance by moving them manually. The updated list will appear accordingly.
Customer Types
Customers are categorized into two groups: guest and registered.
1. Guest customers place an order without signing up. All the information about the guest is collected during the first order at checkout. Guests can shop in the store if the store owner enables this feature. Through Local Express Partner Web → Company → Settings you can configure the checkout availability for guests on different device types.

If you Enable the checkout, users on the web or mobile app can complete all the purchase steps: put the products in the cart and check out.

The Disabled - cart available mode allows guests to see the prices and put the products in the cart, but they can’t go to the checkout without signing in.

The Disabled - cart unavailable doesn’t allow guests to put products in the cart at all.

The Disabled - cart unavailable - hide prices shows the products with the hidden prices.

2. Registered customers place orders by signing up and providing detailed personal information. Registration can be completed via email or mobile phone. When registering by email, customers provide their first name, last name, and address. When registering by phone, personal information is required during checkout. The LE team can configure the signup strategy (both email and phone) according to your needs. Partners can also "Add customer" manually (read under the heading "Adding a New Customer").

Editing and Registering Customers
You can easily edit a registered customer or register a guest customer.
Adding a New Customer
Customers usually register on their own. But you can add a new customer if there is such a request and manually enter the necessary information to “Add customer” and click “Save”. The information required includes:
