Dashboard in LE Partner Web
The Local Express Dashboard provides a quick overview of all partner's activities and store metrics and allows to see the key business indicators in a chart format. The Analytics section is opened by default when the partner goes to the LE Partner Web and includes the Overview and Analytics sections.
To access the Dashboard, go to to the LE Partner Web → Dashboard → Store, to see the Overview and Analytics for a specific store (Figure 1).

The Dashboard header also includes the Store info, Store design, and What’s new? buttons in the top-right of the page.
-
The Store info button redirects the partner to the LE Partner Web → Operation → Store Information → Store, where it is possible to see and edit the details of the partner’s stores.
-
The Store design button redirects the partner to the LE Partner Web → Design, where the partner can build and customize the website of a store, landing and static pages.
-
The What’s new? button opens the pop-up window with the Local Express release notes, where the partner can see all the news, changes and improvements of the Local Express platform.
Overview section in LE Partner Web
With the Dashboard, the partner can see the summary of sales and orders in a store. The Overview section of the Dashboard includes information on Total Sales, Average Order Value, Total Orders, and Items Sold. It also shows the information on the current number of orders left to be assembled, and the total number of orders in progress (Figure 2).
Figure 2. Overview section of the Dashboard.
The partner can click the “orders left to be assembled today” and “orders are in progress” buttons to be redirected to the LE Partner Web → Store → Orders. The “orders left to be assembled today” shows only the new orders (using a filter), and the “orders are in progress” shows the orders in the “Assembling” status.
Analytics section in the LE Partner Web
The Analytics section includes the carts that represent various store dates across a time period. The partner selects the Aggregation (a time period of day, week, or month), select a Date range with a calendar, and select the Date Type (order by creation date or order by finish date) (Figure 3).
Figure 3. Analytics section in the Dashboard.
Each chart has a hamburger menu in its top-right corner, which allows you to view the chart on full screen, print it, download the chart in different file formats, or view the data table, representing the data in a tabular form instead of a chart form. The partner can also click the column names in charts to hide or show a specific column. The charts displayed in the Analytics section can be different in each store and configured individually.
To add the extra chart widget with specific data that needs to be represented, the partner should address to the LE support team.
Analytics in LE Partner App
The LE Partner App also allows to see the Analytics tab similar to the Analytics tab in the LE Partner Web. The partner can access the Analytics by tapping the Analytics tab at the bottom of the screen and seeing the same metrics and charts as in the LE Partner Web (Figure 4).

It is also possible to select the Aggregation type, Date Range, and the Date Type (just like for the LE Partner Web), select or deselect specific chart columns, and scroll the screen up or down to see all the configured charts for a specific store.
Just like for the Partner Web, the Analytics tab can be complimented with additional chart widgets. Please address the LE support team to add more widgets.
