Introduction
The Local Express uses the Active Campaign as a full-scale CRM system that helps to store and manage customer data, segment customers into target categories, export data for further analytics, and run SMS/mailing campaigns. It allows collecting customer data, creating mailing/messaging campaigns, automations, and sending out mass emails/SMS to the Local Express partner stores' customers. With the ActiveCampaign it is possible to create a campaign and recipients' lists, set up automations, and build email templates.
- To access the ActiveCampaign (Local Express Marketing CRM), go to the “Marketing” section of the Partner Web.
- You can see details of your account in the “Apps” section of the Partner Web under the name “LE Marketing CRM”.
