Accessing Notification Templates

You can find and manage notification templates by navigating Partner Web -> Design -> Notification Templates. These templates facilitate communication between partners and customers, including email, push, and SMS notifications. 

Notification templates cover a variety of customer interactions, each tailored to specific needs. Each template has defined structures and components. Let's explore some examples to illustrate their setup.

Email Notification Templates 

Email notifications consist of a mail title, content, and footer. These templates are categorized based on their purposes, such as:

• Activation - When your account on LEMarketly is fully active, you can easily track your orders, view your order history, save delivery and payment information, create shopping lists, and star your favorite stores.

• Social registration - The notification is received after the customer has registered on LEMarketly. They get the sign-in data by email.

• Contact us - Customers can contact the support team of the store. The message for the customer mentions your store title, customer email, customer phone, and message.

• Gift card is ready - The notification is sent when the gift card of the customer is ready. The message for the customer includes the gift card number, gift card balance, and expiration date.

• Account information changed

• Not empty cart

• Change email verification

• Restore forgotten password

• Order cancelled

• Order received by store (new order)

• Order delivered

• Order modified

• Order picked up

• Order ready for pickup

• Shipping order received by store

• Order fulfilled

• Email verification

• Registration and email verification

Examples of Email Templates
                    

1. Activation

• Mail title: “(StoreTitle) Account Registration Successful - Welcome!”

• Mail content: “Hello (Username), Thank you for confirming your email address. Now that your account on LEMarketly is active, you can easily track your orders, etc. The LEMarketly Team.”

• Mail footer: Customizable to change the style, and fonts, add links, and list items.

2. Order Cancelled

• Mail title: “Your (StoreTitle) Order Was Cancelled.”
• Mail content: “Hello (OrderCustomerName), (OrderCancelExplanation), Cancellation reason is: (OrderProblemReason). It was a mistake. Please contact us at (ContactUsLink) or call us quoting your order ID. We hope to serve you again soon! The (StoreTitle) Team.”
• Mail footer: Customizable to change the style, and fonts, add links, and list items.

3. Email Verification

• Mail title: “(StoreTitle) Email Verification - Please Verify Your Email.”     
• Mail content: “Hello (UserName), You are one step away from verifying your new email. Please enter this code: (EmailCode) to verify your email address: (VerifyUrl). The (StoreTitle) Team.” 
• Mail footer: Customizable to change the style, and fonts, add links, and list items.

Depending on the template type and name, you can include various placeholders within the curly brackets, to personalize your notifications, such as:

Push Notification Templates

Push notifications consist of a push title and a push message. They are also categorized based on their purposes, such as:

• (LE) Driver arrived

• Order picked up

• Order ready for pickup

• Order ready for curbside pickup

• Order cancelled

• Order changed 

• Order delivered

• Order delivering 

• Thank you for shopping

1. Driver Arrived

• Push title: Order N (OrderId).
• Push message: (DriverName) arrived at (DeliveryAddress).

2. Order changed

• Push title: Order update.
• Push message: Hi (CustomerName), we've updated your order. Please review the updated details in your order history. Thanks for shopping with us!

3. Thank you for shopping

• Push title: Order N (OrderId).
• Push message: Thank you for Shopping at (StoreName).

• Order ready for curbside pickup

1. Gift Card is ready

• Mail content: Your Gift Card is ready. Please secure the information below since it can be used for payment: Gift Card Number: "(CardNumber)" Gift Card Balance:    "(Amount)" Expiration date: "(ExpirationDate)".
