Delivery Tab Overview

 

The Delivery tab is your hub for managing all aspects of delivery and pickup services. Here's what you can do: 


1.  General Options

  • Age Verification: Set the date format and minimum age required for verification.
  • Dark Store Option: Enable this to hide the store's address from view.

2.  Delivery Settings

  • Enable Delivery: Turn delivery services on or off.
  • Maximum Distance: Set automatically by our system to determine how far you can deliver.
  • Delivery Days: Select which weekday delivery is available.
  • Delivery Time Window: Display how long the delivery will take.
  • Order Ahead Limit: Choose how many days in advance customers can place orders, up to 30 days by default.
  • Minimum Order Price: Set a minimum price for orders.
  • Preparation Time: Specify the approximate time needed to prepare an order at a global store level.
  • Driver Requirements: Manage identification, signature, and proof of delivery requirements for drivers.
  • Click "Save" to finalize the settings. 

3.  Pickup Settings

  • Enable Pickup: Activate or deactivate the pickup option.
  • Curbside Pickup: Manage pickup options for different subsites. 

  • QR Code Generator: Create QR codes for parking slots. Print and place them on signs next to parking slots. Scanning these QR codes lets the store know a customer has arrived for their order.
  • “Save” your changes after making adjustments!
