Include the packaging length, width, height, and weight. **Repeat this step for each item**. ![](https://support.localexpress.io/hs-fs/hubfs/2-png-2.png?width=670&height=362&name=2-png-2.png) 2.**  Configure Packaging** by selecting **"Operation"** from the dashboard, and then clicking the **"Packaging"** section. ![](https://support.localexpress.io/hs-fs/hubfs/5-png-2.png?width=670&height=362&name=5-png-2.png) 3.  In the **"Shipping Boxes"** area, click on **"Add Box"**. Enter details for the box including its name, length, width, height, weight, and reserve percentage. ![](https://support.localexpress.io/hs-fs/hubfs/3-png-2.png?width=670&height=362&name=3-png-2.png) 4.  Use the **"Special Type"** button to specify the type of product (e.g., frozen, dry, cold, ice, or hot). ![](https://support.localexpress.io/hs-fs/hubfs/4-png-1.png?width=670&height=362&name=4-png-1.png) 5.**  Save** your settings. 6.  In the **"Delivery"** section, enable shipping.
